Fletton Avenue

This two-storey residential care home accommodates up to six people with learning disabilities, autism, or Prader-Willi Syndrome, and provides personal care support. At the time of inspection, all six available places were occupied.

The service demonstrates strong infection prevention and control practices. Visitors complete rapid COVID-19 tests, temperature checks, and blood oxygen level monitoring before entry, and wear full personal protective equipment. All visits are pre-booked, time-limited, and escorted directly to residents' rooms to maintain safety protocols.
