A booking system was in place for relatives to schedule visits once restrictions eased. Staff worked in full personal protective equipment to protect both themselves and residents, and the registered manager had reorganised systems to reduce infection spread, including a separate staff entrance with a dedicated changing area where staff put on clean laundered uniforms before beginning their shifts.
