Fotherby House

Fotherby House provides personal and nursing care for up to 20 older people, with 18 residents at the time of inspection. People living at the home were happy and content, with relatives and residents offering consistently positive feedback about their experience. Staff were described as kind, caring and compassionate, often going beyond their duties to provide high-quality care that enhanced residents' quality of life and wellbeing.

Care was tailored to meet individual needs and wishes, with the registered manager and staff treating people with dignity and respect. The team worked together to support residents on both physical and emotional levels, striving to help people live full and meaningful lives. Residents were encouraged to be involved in decisions about their care and the running of the home.
