Fairfield House

Fairfield House accommodates up to 16 people in a detached nursing home with rooms arranged over two floors. The home features a ground floor lounge and dining area with lift access to the first floor, and people have access to secure outside space. At the time of inspection, all 16 beds were occupied. The majority of residents have dementia or mental health diagnoses. Since most people were unable to communicate directly with inspectors, information about their experience was gathered from relatives and through observation of daily life at the home.
