This residential care home accommodates up to 70 people across three floors and specialises in caring for older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 57 residents were living there. The service is jointly operated by Care UK Community Partnerships Ltd and WT UK Opco 4, with both companies sharing responsibility.

The registered manager and provider recognised that record keeping needed improvement and were taking immediate action to address shortfalls. Inspectors recommended the provider continue developing accurate and up to date care plans to ensure residents receive consistent and appropriate support.
