Castle View

Castle View accommodates up to 57 older people across three floors accessible by stairs or lift. At the time of inspection, 55 people were using the service. The home places strong emphasis on eating and drinking well, with staff demonstrating good knowledge of individual dietary needs. A 'night owl menu' provides snacks and light meals during evening and overnight hours, while a smoothie menu helps boost nutritional intake. Systems are in place to carefully monitor people's nutritional needs throughout their care.

Staff receive induction and continual learning to carry out their roles effectively in providing care and support to residents.
