Fairburn Vale

Fairburn Vale is a purpose-built facility providing specialist nursing care for 20 adults with acquired brain injuries and accommodation for people with complex physical and mental health or behavioural needs. The home spans two floors with lift access and includes a communal garden area. At the time of inspection, 19 people were living at the home, with one person temporarily in hospital.

The home has established robust systems to prevent Covid-19 transmission, with all visitors including professionals required to provide evidence of vaccination and negative lateral flow test results before entry.
