Fairburn Mews

Fairburn Mews accommodates up to 20 people requiring nursing or personal care, with support for those with physical and mental health needs. The home is spread across two floors with adapted facilities and was operating at 19 residents at the time of inspection.

Most residents and relatives who spoke with inspectors shared positive feedback about their experiences. However, inspectors found significant concerns with safety and leadership. Risk management assessments were not consistently appropriate, and staff did not always manage behaviours that may challenge effectively enough to keep people safe.
