Wheldale Heights

The CQC rated the home Good overall, finding it well led by a skilled registered manager who fostered an open, inclusive culture among staff, people and relatives.

Inspectors found sufficient, well-trained staff providing safe, person-centred care, with accurate records and safe medicines management. The environment was clean, well maintained and personalised. People and relatives spoke positively about feeling safe, respected and well cared for, describing the home as calm, organised and well run.
