Manor Park Care Home

Manor Park provides personal and nursing care for up to 75 people aged 65 and over across three separate units specializing in nursing care, residential care, and dementia care. At the time of inspection, 57 people were using the service.

Staff demonstrated awareness of risks to individuals and maintained detailed care records outlining each person's needs. Medicines were managed safely, and people expressed satisfaction with the support they received regarding their medications. Staff understood how to recognize signs of abuse and knew the appropriate processes to follow if concerns arose.
