Fair View Lodge provides accommodation for three people with autism spectrum disorders or learning disabilities, each with their own flat and access to shared facilities. The service demonstrated strong infection prevention and control measures, with hand sanitising stations, visitor screening for COVID-19 symptoms, and clear signage explaining safety protocols. Staff communicated regularly with residents, families, and health professionals about precautions being taken.

Relatives expressed confidence in how the service managed safety, with one commenting that staff were "100% cautious and careful" and another stating they had "no worries" about how staff were keeping their relative safe. Staff followed current infection prevention and control guidance throughout the inspection period.
