Southlands Residential Care Home

Southlands Residential Care Home provides accommodation and care for 33 younger and older people with physical or sensory disabilities or poor health needs. The three-storey building includes two lounge rooms, spacious dining and conservatory areas, and a large decked patio overlooking attractive gardens, with lift access to upper floors. Nursing services are provided by the community nursing team. At the time of inspection, 32 people were living at the home.

The service remains well managed and continues to provide good quality care. Inspectors found no evidence of serious risks or concerns, with the home maintaining its good rating.
