Meadowside Residential Home

Meadowside Residential Home supports up to 11 older people with learning disabilities. The home is larger than typical domestic properties but blends into the residential area without identifying signage, and staff avoid wearing uniforms when out with people to maintain discretion. All 11 available places are currently occupied.

Residents have active and fulfilled lives within the local community, with staff highly motivated to help them achieve their goals and make their own choices. The service has been developed according to best practice guidance, empowering people to participate meaningfully in their daily lives and community involvement.
