The service occupies a three-storey detached building with a lift providing access to first-floor bedrooms and a chair lift serving the second floor and mezzanine level.

A new manager had recently been appointed and worked with the local authority's quality assurance and improvement team to address previous concerns. The service had successfully resolved the regulatory breaches identified in earlier inspections, implementing improvements across all aspects of the home's operations.
