Elroi Manor

Elroi Manor provides personal care for up to 33 people with mental health support needs and older people, some living with dementia. The service is divided into three sections—Lotus, Lavender, and Lily—each with individual bedrooms, communal spaces, and garden access. At inspection, 32 people were using the service.

People and their relatives reported feeling safe with the care and support provided. However, inspectors identified significant shortfalls in fire safety procedures, the management of people's risks, Mental Capacity assessments, and quality assurance systems that placed residents at increased risk of harm.
