People were happy and comfortable at the home, supported by staff who demonstrated genuine care and commitment to their wellbeing. One staff member said, "We love our jobs and residents. We are working hard to keep them all safe.

" The staff were particularly proud of having prevented a COVID-19 outbreak during the pandemic. A relative confirmed, "It is a safe environment," reflecting the positive experience of those using the service.
