South Cary House

South Cary House provides care and accommodation for up to 23 older people in a village setting with individual rooms and shared facilities including lounges, bathrooms and a dining room. At the time of inspection, the home was at full capacity.

People were happy and comfortable at the home, supported by staff who demonstrated genuine care and commitment to their wellbeing. One staff member said, "We love our jobs and residents. We are working hard to keep them all safe." The staff were particularly proud of having prevented a COVID-19 outbreak during the pandemic. A relative confirmed, "It is a safe environment," reflecting the positive experience of those using the service.
