Highfield House Residential Care Home

Highfield House provides residential care for older people without nursing services. At inspection, 19 people were living at the home.

Staff followed safety protocols by recording their temperature and wearing personal protective equipment at the start of each shift before entering the building. Due to the home's size and limited facilities, staff did not change clothes onsite, and the registered manager had completed relevant training procedures to maintain standards.
