Mulberry Court

Mulberry Court provides care for up to 12 people with learning disabilities, autism and communication difficulties across two purpose-built bungalows. At the time of inspection, 11 people were living at the service. The home has implemented clear visitor safety procedures, including sign-in requirements, lateral flow device testing, vaccination status checks and temperature monitoring. Appropriate personal protective equipment is available and staff follow current government guidance on infection prevention and control.

Staff receive regular training in safe infection prevention and control practices and demonstrate good knowledge of cross-contamination risks. The home maintains clear guidance posters to help people understand how to keep themselves and others safe. During the inspection, inspectors met with residents and spoke with one family member about their experiences at the service.
