Eastry House

Eastry House accommodates up to 22 people with learning disabilities, with 17 residents living there at the time of inspection. Residents were very happy at the service and spoke highly of the registered manager and staff.

However, inspectors found the registered provider had failed to ensure adequate management oversight since the previous inspection. Several areas identified at the last visit had not been addressed, and the service had not improved or learned from past feedback.
