Dolphin View Care Home

Dolphin View accommodates up to 35 older people, including those living with dementia, across two floors with communal and outdoor spaces. At inspection, 27 people were living at the home. Staff demonstrated good understanding of the risks people faced and how to reduce them, though not all risk assessments were in place or up to date, and some key safety observations had not been recorded. Governance and audit systems were not always effective, with identified actions not always completed.
