Dolphin View Care Home

Dolphin View Care Home provides accommodation, nursing and personal care for up to 35 older people, including those living with dementia, across two floors with communal and outdoor space. The CQC rated the home Good overall. This followed an assessment to check on previous breaches around safe care and governance, and inspectors found these had been resolved.

Care plans and risk assessments were detailed and person-centred, showing staff knew people well. Governance and audit systems were effective, with issues identified and acted upon. People and families spoke positively about staff, activities and the new manager, describing feeling safe, happy and well cared for.
