The home is designed to accommodate up to 86 people, though at inspection there were 13 residents. The facility spans four floors, each with specialist equipment tailored to individual support needs, and features community facilities alongside ensuite rooms.

At the time of inspection, only one floor was in active use due to the small number of residents.
