About Elpha Lodge Residential Care Home

Elpha Lodge provides accommodation and personal care for up to 24 people with physical disabilities, with 21 residents living there at the time of inspection. The service operates across two adapted buildings to meet residents' needs.

Leadership at the home has been unstable, with three manager changes in the previous 12 months. The departure of the long-serving registered manager affected staff morale. A new manager was recently recruited and was in the process of registering with CQC.
