Dolphin Court is a residential care home in Hampshire, providing accommodation and personal care for people with learning and physical disabilities. The findings below set out the CQC's most recent assessment of the service.

This home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 15 people with learning and physical disabilities across three adapted buildings and three flats, with 12 residents at the time of inspection. All bedrooms are single occupancy, most with en-suite facilities. The service has implemented comprehensive visiting arrangements including an appointment system, temperature checks, hand washing and mask requirements, and a visitors log.

Families receive weekly updates and risk assessments, with virtual visits available via internet and telephone for those unable to visit in person. Staff follow a detailed contingency plan providing up-to-date guidance, and new residents are tested for Covid-19 and isolate in their own rooms for 14 days on admission.
