Hill Lodge

Hill Lodge provides care across one house and four bungalows on a single site, supporting autistic people and people with a learning disability. The CQC rated the service Good overall. Some environmental safety concerns were identified, but the provider took immediate action and improvements were seen by the end of the assessment.

Inspectors found staff knew people well, managed risks and medicines safely, and supported people to access the community regularly. Leadership was visible and supportive, with strong governance and a culture of continuous improvement. Relatives praised the kindness of staff and felt confident raising concerns, though staff had not always explored people's future wishes.
