About Stonecroft
Stonecroft provides short-term respite care for young adults with learning disabilities and complex health conditions, accommodating up to five people at any time. At inspection, four people were receiving respite care at the service.
The premises layout effectively reduces COVID-19 transmission risk, with regular cleaning of touch points and key areas throughout the day and readily available PPE. While people stay for short periods, visitors' procedures are in place should family and friends wish to visit.
