House A and B offer traditional group living for people requiring assessment or crisis support, while House C comprises five flats for people whose behaviour may challenge others. Five people were using the service at the time of inspection.

Staff demonstrated good infection prevention and control practices, including appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment in line with government guidance. This reflected the service's commitment to maintaining safe environments for residents and staff.
