This residential care home supports up to 11 people with mental health needs, physical disabilities, learning disabilities and autism. At inspection, all 11 places were occupied. People and relatives reported feeling safe, with one resident stating, "I feel safe, the staff keep me safe." Staff identified risks to individuals' health and wellbeing and planned care accordingly, though inspectors found some risks had not been recognised and additional guidance was needed to support people safely. The home had sufficient staffing levels and staff received appropriate training in their roles and in safeguarding, understanding their responsibilities to protect people from abuse. Staff supported residents to express concerns through regular conversations. However, one safeguarding incident had not been formally recognised, meaning preventive action could not be taken. Staff trained in medicines administration safely managed obtaining, recording, administering and disposing of prescribed medicines in line with appropriate arrangements.
