High Oaks

High Oaks is a residential care home providing personal care for up to 18 people, currently accommodating 16 residents. The service supports both older and younger people living with mental health needs.

Staff assessed and reduced most areas of risk, though not all fire doors were safely used. They reported possible abuse appropriately and demonstrated knowledge of safeguarding procedures. The home maintained adequate staffing levels to meet residents' physical and mental health needs, with the provider obtaining necessary recruitment checks before new staff began work. Residents received their medicines as prescribed, and staff used protective equipment appropriately.
