Crescent House is a residential care home providing personal care to 15 older people, with capacity for up to 17. The home supports people with varying care needs, including those living with dementia. Before admission, the registered manager completes a comprehensive assessment of each person's needs.

Residents report feeling safe at the home. Staff are appropriately trained in safeguarding and know how to respond to concerns, with identified risks assessed and managed according to clear guidance. People feel there are sufficient staff available to meet their needs, and new recruits are vetted safely.

The home maintains high cleanliness standards, with fresh-smelling environments throughout. Residents receive their medicines as prescribed.
