Eleven rooms have en-suite facilities, and the property spans four floors accessible by stairs or lift, with level access to rear gardens. At inspection, 16 people were living at the service.

Staff demonstrated knowledge of recognising signs of abuse and understood safeguarding procedures. People reported feeling safe and knew how to raise concerns. The registered manager maintained adequate staffing levels and followed safe recruitment processes to protect people from avoidable harm.

The service continued to demonstrate good standards of care with no serious risks or concerns identified.
