Wavertree House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 36 older people, including those with various physical health needs and visual impairments. At inspection, 34 people were using the service.

People are kept safe through effective systems designed to prevent abuse and neglect. Staff demonstrated confident knowledge in recognising warning signs and responding appropriately. Risk assessments identify individual support needs, with clear guidance available to staff on minimising identified risks.

The home implements safe recruitment practices with appropriate background checks, and medicines are appropriately managed.
