Z&M Care Limited accommodates up to 37 people with personal care and support needs, including those living with dementia, diabetes, sensory impairment and learning disabilities. The service operates across three floors in one adapted building. On inspection, 36 people were living at the home.

Staff and residents have developed genuine, caring relationships. Residents reported feeling well looked after, with one commenting "They are all nice people who work here. We're well looked after." Inspectors observed friendly interactions throughout the home, with staff treating people with respect and maintaining their dignity. Care plans guide staff on how to meet individual needs across communication, emotional wellbeing and health conditions. Residents are encouraged to be as independent as possible and choose how to spend their days, participating in activities at the service and in the wider community. One resident described the environment as "all freedom here."
