Crann Mor Nursing Home

Crann Mor provides personal and nursing care for up to 24 people in a two-storey residential home in Woking, Surrey. At the time of inspection, 19 people were living there. The home has various safety checks in place for the environment and equipment. However, inspectors identified that improvements could be made in how risks associated with water temperatures were monitored and recorded. Some radiators were uncovered and the associated risks of people coming into contact with them had not been formally assessed, though the lead nurse confirmed there was no immediate danger and committed to completing a risk assessment.
