Crann Mor Nursing Home

Crann Mor Nursing Home provides accommodation with nursing and personal care for up to 24 older people, including those living with dementia. The CQC carried out this assessment after concerns were raised by the Fire & Rescue Service and by healthcare professionals about safeguarding. Inspectors found the provider had taken appropriate action to address fire safety issues and had worked with the local authority to investigate the safeguarding concerns raised.

Relatives told inspectors there were always enough staff to meet people's needs safely, and that a consistent staff team provided good continuity of care. They said the registered manager communicated well with them and involved them in developing and reviewing care plans. Overall, the service was rated Good.
