Inspectors found the provider had worked well with the local authority to investigate and make improvements, and rated the service Good overall.

Staffing levels were consistently good, ensuring continuity of care, and medicines were managed safely. Staff were described as kind, caring and skilled, with strong leadership from the manager. People received personalised care, were supported to access healthcare, and were encouraged to stay involved with family and community life.
