The service supports people with complex health needs including degenerative conditions such as dementia. The purpose-built facility spans two floors, with communal areas on the ground floor and bedrooms accessed by lift, ensuring full accessibility throughout the building and gardens.

Inspectors found significant concerns with care record management. Documentation was not consistently accurate or complete, with some people's nutritional assessments not properly recorded in their care files. These gaps in record-keeping meant there was inadequate assurance that care planning reflected residents' actual needs and preferences.
