Cote House

Cote House provides nursing care for up to 11 people in a large detached house in a residential area of Chippenham. Residents have their own rooms and access to communal areas including lounges, dining rooms and a large garden. The service also offers respite care to give carers a break from their caring responsibilities. At the time of inspection, nine people were living at the home. The environment was clean, with staff regularly cleaning high contact areas. Staff had received training on using personal protective equipment safely and competently, with checks in place to ensure proper use. Weekly COVID-19 testing was in place for both residents and staff, and social distancing measures were being observed throughout the home.
