Avon Court Care Home

Avon Court Care Home provides nursing and personal care for up to 60 residents across two floors. At the time of inspection, 41 people were living there, with accommodation including individual rooms and communal areas such as lounges, dining rooms and a conservatory. The home also offers short-stay rehabilitation services in partnership with the local authority for people being discharged from hospital who need support before returning home.

The service had identified and assessed risks to people's safety, with care plans in place to support safe provision of care. These plans were reviewed regularly or when residents' needs changed.
