Residents received care from consistent staff members with whom they had built positive relationships. Staff were readily available when needed, and people praised staff efforts in keeping them safe during the coronavirus pandemic. Care plans had improved significantly, with detailed and personalized documentation that provided clear guidance to staff on delivering individualized care.
