Acorn Court Care Home

Acorn Court Care Home provides residential and nursing care for up to 86 older people, including those living with dementia. During inspection, 80 people were using the service. The home supports relatives' visits through a pre-booked timed system in designated areas, with care staff present to assist. Track and trace systems are in place to manage visits safely. The deputy manager explained that video calling support is offered throughout the day for people whose relatives cannot visit in person, helping maintain emotional wellbeing and family connections during restricted visiting periods.
