Conifer Lodge Residential Home

This home accommodates up to 20 people requiring residential care and personal support, including those with dementia, physical disabilities, and sensory impairment. At inspection, all 20 beds were occupied.

Staff provided person-centred care that respected people's preferences and wishes, delivering support with kindness and compassion. People's dignity and privacy were upheld, and they were treated respectfully. The service created a welcoming and inviting environment for visitors, with the provider and registered manager actively visible and engaged in daily operations. Previous inspection improvements had been successfully embedded throughout the service.
