Willows Court

Willows Court, in Leicestershire, is a residential care home providing support to older and younger adults, including people with physical disabilities, dementia and mental health conditions. At the time of the assessment 18 people were living there. The CQC rated the service Good overall, noting that previous concerns about premises and equipment had been resolved and were no longer a breach.

Inspectors found staff were kind, well trained and responsive, with medicines managed well and good oversight from managers. People and relatives praised the friendly atmosphere and caring staff. Some improvements were still needed around monitoring fluid charts and garden accessibility, and the provider gave assurances these were being addressed.
