Magna

Heathcotes (Magna) is a residential care home supporting six people living with learning disabilities and autism. The service provides individual bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, along with shared communal spaces including a living room, dining room, kitchen, downstairs bathroom and garden.

The home has implemented clear infection control processes for visitors, including symptom and temperature checks alongside the use of personal protective equipment. People are actively supported to maintain regular contact with family members and friends through phone calls and visits. Staff demonstrate strong practices in supporting residents' connections with their wider networks.
