Magna

Magna is a residential care home for adults with learning disabilities and autistic people. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding that staff knew people well and delivered consistent, person-centred care that promoted choice, dignity and independence. People were supported to pursue their interests and make decisions about their lives.

Inspectors found a positive culture where people and staff felt listened to, and staff knew how to raise concerns confidently. People took part in co-production meetings to shape how the service ran, and staff communicated using methods suited to each person. Healthcare needs were well supported, with staff advocating for people when needed.
