Carlton Drive Short Breaks service is a residential care home providing personal care to people with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, and younger adults. The service accommodates up to seven people at any one time in one adapted building and supports 57 people overall who access short break stays. There is a day service attached to the facility, with staff working across both services.
People staying for short breaks can access the day service during the day if they wish. The service increased its capacity from six to seven people following the last inspection.
