Chimnies Residential Care Home

Chimnies Residential Care Home accommodates up to 29 people in an adapted two-storey house with a lift, set in a small village. The service provides personal care for residents, some living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 19 people were living there.

The service has made significant improvements since the last inspection. Management has actively worked to enhance the quality of care people receive, with staff reporting positive effects from these changes. The registered manager responded promptly to address areas identified during the inspection visit, with work continuing to embed these positive changes into daily practice.
