Chase Lodge Care Home

Chase Lodge Care Home provides accommodation and personal care for adults of all ages, including some with mental health needs. Following an earlier assessment which found the home requires improvement in safety and leadership, the CQC returned to check progress and has now rated the service Good overall.

Inspectors found medicines were managed safely, with clearer recording and checks, and incidents were properly investigated. More permanent staff had been recruited, giving people consistent care from staff who knew them well. People spoke positively about their care, describing a calm atmosphere and feeling comfortable approaching staff.
