Victoria Court

Victoria Court is a residential home providing personal care and accommodation for up to six autistic people and people with a learning disability or mental health support needs. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding it delivered person centred care that supported people to access the community and pursue activities of their choice.

Inspectors found staff were kind and caring, building positive relationships, and relatives spoke highly of the care provided and of communication from the service. Governance had improved since an earlier breach, though changes in management had affected staff culture and supervision had not always been regular, an issue the new manager was addressing.
