Fig House provides care to up to 26 people living with dementia. Staff dispose of clinical waste safely, and relatives confirmed that staff consistently wear masks during visits. The home uses an online booking system for visits, which relatives found straightforward and easy to use. One visitor commented, "I use the online booking system which is very easy to use," while another said "booking a visit is very straightforward with the online booking and confirmation service." The home was advised that taking temperatures of visitors as an additional screening measure could help further minimise infection risk.
