Park House Residential Home

Park House provides personal care to up to 30 people aged 65 and over in an older building spread across three floors. At the time of inspection, 27 people were living at the home.

Residents reported being happy with the care they received and appeared settled with good relationships established with staff members. Relatives praised the care provided and noted that staff communicated well with them. The home encouraged people to maintain their independence. Residents felt safe, and there were sufficient staff to meet their needs, with risks properly assessed and appropriate measures in place to manage them.
