Castle House

Castle House is a residential care home providing care and support for up to 25 people, mostly living with dementia. Communal areas are located on the ground floor with bedrooms distributed across the ground and first floor.

The home maintained clear signage at the entrance explaining visiting arrangements and expectations, with personal protective equipment available for visitors. Visiting was by prearrangement only, with visitors required to complete health declarations and take lateral flow Covid tests before entry. Visitors waited in their car or the entrance lobby for test results before proceeding further into the home.
