Sandhurst provides care and support for up to 23 older people, some living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 22 people were living at the service in a large adapted Victorian property on the town's outskirts. Staff demonstrated good awareness of personal protective equipment requirements and were able to describe the correct procedures for putting on and removing PPE.

Multiple doffing and donning stations were in place with Public Health England guidance posters, and staff reported plentiful supplies of equipment were consistently available.
